18 months really isn't that long....Sarah's 2nd letter from the MTC

Hola, mi familia!

Sounds like another fun filled week at the Reddish home. I'm happy to hear Jacob did so wonderfully on his farewell talk. He's going to be such an amazing missionary. I'm so excited for him to start this remarkable experience. Also, all of your emails made me el-oh-el in the middle of this quiet computer room. I am so happy you guys are my family.

Mom, I had a dream about you this week! I had a dream you and I went to a David Archuleta concert together and towards the beginning of the concert I was like "man, I really feel like some chicken nuggetes", and you spent the whole concert trying to find me chicken nuggets. I woke up thinking "Wow, I got the best mom on this whole planet." I really do. Thanks for everything. The packages, the dear elders... You are the best and I love you. Emily, driving for the first time, huh? Man of man, you've grown up so much already. Also, hip-hip horray for almost being done with school. Now you get to party with mom and be on instagram all day. Congrats on the grades.  Love you tons. Dad, edit edit..potty humor Love you so much, Dad!

Well, folks, this week was a good one. Real good. I really am learning to love my companion. She is a reallly nice girl, and trying hard to be the best missionary she can be. The Lord really has blessed me. He also blessed me with the best district in the whole world. I have became really close to one of the sisters. Her name is Sister Thompson. She's hilarious. We had a new district added to our zone this week and they didn't really talk much to us. Sister Thompson thought it would be a good idea to tell them a joke to break the ice. So, she went up to all the sisters and said, "Hey, sisters, I know 18 months seem like a lot, but I've been pregnant twice and it really isn't that long". Long story short, they still don't really like us.

In other news, I saw Elder and Sister Reddish this week. That was crazy. I think there real names are Allen and Martha? I saw them at dinner yesterday. They're so nice, and it was so fun to see them. I also leave the MTC next Tueday. I get to email you on Monday, so I will give you the details on when I will probably call then.

This week, the main focus for our zone was repentance. You guys repentance is the most amazing thing. It seriously is the greatest gift we have been given. "Repentance isn't for bad people, it's for good people striving to be better". Without repentance, none of us would be able to live with Heavenly Father again. I am so grateful for the Jesus Christ and His Atonement. I love teaching people about Him. I love wearing his name over my heart every day. I truly love Him.

I sure love you guys. Thanks for all your support. I really am the luckiest missionary out in the field. Have a good week!

Love,
Sister Reddish
