Oh-hi-oh Sarah's final letter from the MTC

Hey-o! Honestly, I feel like I just emailed you guys yesterday. This week was probably quicker than the week before I left. Trevor and Amanda, thanks for emailing me. Work seems to be keepin' the both of you busy. Like Trevor said, it is, in fact, all in the wrist. I would know, I scooped ice for a solid 5 minutes at your guys' wedding. Love you two. Emily, SCHOOL'S OUT FOR SUMMER! Don't be too sad about your Highland friends. Be excited for what's to come. You are going to thrive at Century, and I am positive there is going to be more girls that will be in your exact situation. I love you tons, girl. Dad, Thanks for your email and dear elder. It's rough not having my "dad hugs" anymore, so getting that dear elder really helped me this week. You're the best dad. I love you most. Mom, I love you. Seriously, I can't even talk about you on my mission because it makes all other moms sound like crap, and I don't want to come across as braggy. But, you are the best, and I can't wait to talk to you tomorrow. I can't wait to talk to all of you tomorrow.

This week has been awesome. My "investigator" here at the MTC turned out to be an actual investigator. Her name is Janie. She agreed to be baptized, and we might end up teaching her over skype. It truly is amazing seeing people feel the spirit. It's like she's known everything we've taught her, she just didn't know she knew it. I love teaching her more, and telling her. I can feel how much Heavenly Father loves her when I'm teaching her. This gospel is amazing. I just love being a missionary. I can't wait to continue teaching in Ohio.

Well, I leave the MTC tomorrow. This has been quite the experience. I have never loved working so hard, but I am excited to leave. I have, however, had the nervous poops all day. It's a weird feeling getting ready to leave. It's almost like leaving home again. My teacher, Sister Harrison, told us that as long as we remember the the name below our names on our tags, that we'll be alright. Jesus Christ has become my best friend since leaving home. I am so grateful for Him. I am so grateful I get to teach people about Him. Because of Him, we get to live with our Heavenly Father again. That is the greatest gift any of us could ever receive.

I don't have much more time to email, but I plan on calling pretty early tomorrow morning. I leave the MTC around 3:30 tomorrow morning, and I don't leave SLC until 7:30, so sometime before that. I'm sorry for being annoying and calling super early, but I figured all of you would be home by that time. Plans may change, and if they do I'll call you guys and tell you the new plan before 7:30. I love all of you, and I am so excited to talk to you guys. I am so happy I get to be with all of you forever.

Love,
Sister Reddish
